Estela Ivkovcic

Visual Artist - Interior Designer. She lives and works in Spain.

Her work is in permanent relationship with nature, the dialogue with the earth as an element, is one of the main themes of inspiration, present in many of her works both materially and through various techniques: engravings, sculptural objects, photographs and paintings.

She participated in different group and solo exhibitions since 2005.

Winner of the Replanning project, granted by the Ramsayer Dayer Santa Fé Foundation, Esperanza - 2018.

Winner of the Oda 2020 Fellowship, to participate in the residence of "Art in the Origin” in Cantabria, Spain. Developed in March 2022, directed by Andrea Juan and Gabriel Penedo Diego.

Entre Planos (Between planes) (NAT Art Residence - 03/2022 - OdA Fellowship 2020)

Silence speaks to me, in that whisper I begin to thread threads, I join spaces, sewing new paths, some converge, others fork, some sink into cavities to appear in other places. I find myself climbing bridges that take me to other planes... melting into them.

Tomorrow this place will not be the same, neither will I.

Tomorrow I will thread new threads.
